Open Measures in NZ Parliament

Open Measures appeared with Tohatoha to the Justice Committee at NZ Parliament as part of 2020 Election Inquiry.

Open Measures was honored to appear with Tohatoha to the Justice Committee at NZ Parliament as part of 2020 Election Inquiry. This was a follow-up to their the joint report titled, “White Supremacist, Extremist, and Conspiracy Spread Around the Aotearoa New Zealand Elections” published here on the Open Measures blog.

We outlined our research findings to the Committee alongside representatives from Internet NZ, noting that our approach to misinformation “is rooted in a commitment to evidence-based interventions and data driven responses.”
