About the role
We are looking for a creative, resourceful, and strategic Chief of Staff to join our team on a full time basis. As a foundational hire, you will have the opportunity to build your own processes and write the rulebook for how customer success, support, marketing, and revenue operations will work at our mission-driven social enterprise built to contextualize online and offline harms. Responsibilities
Operations
- Partner with the executive team to define strategic goals and ensure alignment across a growing team.
- Drive the execution of high-priority initiatives and ensure progress toward key milestones.
- Identify and address operational bottlenecks, implementing solutions to improve organizational workflows.
- Challenge existing processes to turn them on their head and improve where necessary
Customer Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to key enterprise accounts, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products and services.
- Design the customer journey, from onboarding through renewal, driving adoption, and surfacing upsell opportunities.
- Build a community for our users where they can share industry tips, knowledge, and platform best practices.
- Develop case studies, testimonials, and customer success stories.
- Develop and execute initiatives to reduce churn and increase retention rates.
- Partner with Operations and Research to identify organic opportunities.
Revenue Strategy
- Optimize external partnerships for organic and inorganic growth.
- Collaborate with the CEO to identify opportunities and fit our solutions to current and prospective customers’ pain points.
Marketing
- Develop, implement, and iterate top of funnel strategies to feed the sales pipeline.
- Research and occasionally attend industry conferences to promote the company and engage with the social media intelligence industry.
Qualifications
- Must be a creative problem solver.
- 7+ years of experience in operations, customer success, account management, or a related role.
- Proven experience as a Threat Intelligence Analyst, OSINT Researcher, or similar role is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Proficiency in Spanish, Russian, Mandarin, French, Hebrew, or Arabic is a plus.
Compensation
- $115,000-$175,000 OTE including a mix of base pay and commission
